Hello. We have had the pleasure of Brian McCulley being our technician for the past year. He is extremely kind and professional. He is thorough and considerate! He is very prompt and texts a day ahead to let us know what time range he will be here. I can’t really emphasize what a wonderful person Brian is! He does his job so well and we have had a wonderful year of practically very little bugs or wasps etc. We had a huge wasp problem and Brian has taken care of it and followed through on keeping that problem totally at bay. He shows up cheerful and friendly and has made this whole experience wonderful actually. He is amazing! The company is solid. So glad we made the call! We have a monthly contract and it is working out beautifully!

Had several pest control companies over the years. Most left me frustrated and disappointed with no-shows or not even performing services. Those were a huge waste of money. After the last few years with BugOut and especially techs like Brian and Brandon, that is no longer an issue. As we had had some issues in the past with a couple of our former techs, I would like to give Brian McCulley some kudos! He is the most respectful, genuine tech we have ever had! He came out on an extra call trip once to take care of some hornets for us, and got stung multiple times! He took it all in stride. He is extremely considerate of our dog and cats, ALWAYS turns the water bowl over before he sprays, and refills it when he is done. He is 100% courteous—always! And my spraying issues I had had to complain about with other techs are GONE! He is simply the best! Our house is bug free!

I really appreciate Jacob's observation and thoroughness. On my previous monthly visit, he recently alerted me to water in the basement that had recently had the foundation repaired. You could only tell when you walked on it and that saved me a lot more damage. He is also neat in appearance, notifies me a few days prior and day of with his arrival time, and is thorough. He assesses the situation and lets me know exactly what needs to be done.

Wonderful Experience
Had a wonderful experience with this being my first time ever calling any sort of pest control. Dallas responded to my call about brown recluses quickly and set up an appointment within the following week. When it came down to the contract, he explained the process of both dusting and spraying, and he explained how the spiders would slowly start to leave. Dallas was thorough with the service itself and made sure it was alright to go into certain rooms since we have a baby. Very respectful of privacy. I will definitely keep using the service.

We called BugOut after issues with flies, ants, mosquitoes, and worst of all, brown recluses after moving into our new home. Dallas came and walked us through each step and set up a maintenance plan. They sprayed and fogged our home, and after only a few hours, we noticed an immediate difference in the amount of flies! It’s been a few days now, and the amount of bugs around the house has already decreased immensely, and we can sit outside our home without getting eaten by mosquitoes.
